Does an unused ticket expire?

We purchased 7 day two park tickets when they were $99. We have them at will call to pick up. Since we thought WWOHP would be open when we bought them we planned on using them. Since it won't be now, can we save them and use them next year? I tried to find the answer on the Universal sight but it doesn't say that tickets have an "expiration" other than once you use them. Anyone know?? :confused3

The tickets do not expire until activated at the gate so you can hold them for as long as you like.

acurry417, we are in the same exact situation as you. The only difference is that I have them saved on my computer ready to be printed out. We were planning on going June 9th and 10th and now we are thinking about skipping Universal all together. The only reason we bought them in the first place was to see the Harry Potter attractions! Thanks for asking that question!

i still have day tickets from 1995 that are valid for the parks today.

And the price is locked in, right? If the tickets go up in price between now and then, we're still good?

We're going in July 2011, but am wanting to go ahead and buy tickets now to lock in my price.

Thanks!

Once the tickets have been purchased, you are not subject to any ticket increases between purchase date and activation date.

The only tickets I have seen that have an expriation date were the Florida Resident ones for this year, they expire on May 27th. :sad2:
