Does a teaching license work for Swan?

I have a teaching license but am not currently teaching. Am I eligible for the price of $149/night or do you actually have to currently teach?

My guess would be that it will work. I am a teacher and I also know other school employees like our secretary who was able to book with the educator discount. It is for all in the education field I believe. Call them and check.

Yes it will work fine. I took a couple years off and so took a copy of my teaching certificate and they accepted it with no questions at all. I really like the Swan and Dolphin!

I was there 2 years agom on the nurse's discount. I brought all sorts of ID with me-work ID, license, state nurse's association card, pay stub. They only asked to see my license, so your teacher's license should be fine.

We've never stayed at the Swan/Dolphin. What can you guys tell me about it? I know we cannot use ME. What about extra park hours? Why would a person choose these hotels over the Disney Resorts? Please all info. is appreciated. Thanks, Jenn

I don't have much info about it but I know if you do a search for the swan/dolphin you'll find a lot of great info. I was just curious about the teaching thing because an add popped up with a pretty good rate if you are a teacher.
