Standard Room With Savannah View Club Level In Sept/Oct?? For 2 People?? It Does Say It Could Be A Savannah Or Pool View But I Would Think That You Would Get The Savannah View For That Price?? Should I Book:lmao: :lmao: I Just Do Not Know The Going Rate,Could I Get It Cheaper:confused3 :confused3 Or Is This Rate To Good To Miss??

Thanks For Any Input

How many nights, and are you including dining, tickets? Is this for two adults?

If you're getting that rate somewhere other than the Disney web site or by calling CRO, I would go to the website and price it out yourself. $5000 for a week at club level, even during value season, is not out of line. An MK view CL room at the Poly in January was between $500-600/night at rack rate.

That doesn't sound like a great deal to me but it could be depending on how long you are staying. We're doing AKL with bunkbeds and a Savannah view for 9 days in Sept for 3379 and that includes 7 day tickets. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids.

Well the price you paid does not mean you are getting the Savannah view. Which is the main reason I have never booked CL at AK. For that much money I would be FURIOUS to have a "pool view" LOL!

With your flight (from Scotland?) that sounds about right! I can't imagine that airfare!!

Please know that old information about views and club level at AKL is still being passed around. If you're a hotel club level guest (Not a Disney Vacation Club member), you're guaranteed a savanna view at AKL. Your standard club level room will have a view of the savanna.

Thanks So Much::goodvibes :goodvibes I Guess The Price IS Right Then:confused3 :confused3

just wanted to throw this out there for you... if I were you, staying that long, I'd go for a 1 bedroom AKL Villa instead of CL. The washer/dryer in the room is so convenient, and the separate livingroom and kitchen/eating area is so nice for a long stay. Either way, you'll have a wonderful time! we LOVE akl and are thinking of doing the villas there this january.

Who did you book through..web site or TA? If you phoned yourself, the CM should be able to tell you a range of rooms available for a particular view. I could be wrong but a savannah view is a savannah view , not a pool view. There are four different savannah views two on the same savannah but different "trails". There is the Arusha savannah and two trails - zebra and kudu, Sunset savannah and Uzima savannah. Construction for AKLC is seen from the sunset savannah, but according to others is not too obtrusive. The ostrich trail and the giraffe trail are views of the parking lot and the pool view rooms are just that. There are good maps available to look at ahead of time. The price you mention for two people, with park hopper pass, dining option and the rest of the taxes thrown is about right for a stay of 10 days for value and maybe 7 for regular at club or conceirge level. If you book far enough ahead of time, especially in value season you should be able to get your choice of Savannah and the floor you want to stay on, maybe not the exact room.

You will get a savannah view on club level as one poster stated. We are staying there next month :goodvibes It doesn't sound too bad of a price since you are coming from Scotland has to be the air which is out of this world:sad2:

I believe the OP said she is staying club level :confused3 The club level rooms are located on 4th floor. Only the AKL Villas are higher floors. She can ask for the Zebra trail which is the nicest one according to my IPO planner at the AKL Club level. :goodvibes

Not knocking you so please don't take it wrong I might have been confused by your post:goodvibes

Good idea to book it now as it will be full soon. When you make the booking request Zebra Trail. Then about 180 days away you will get an email from the AKL IPO (club level planners) Request that trail again. Then about ten days email them again & request that trail again. This is what I was told to do when I talked to the planners. You might get lucky & get Don as in Donald Duck. He is fanastic ! :goodvibes
