Does 2 trips in 1 month make me spoiled?A PTR for both! I am back and updates coming!

I want to first off thank everyone for the well wishes on the interview...it went great! I am really excited it went so well but now I am worried about my medical clearance. I know it sounds weird and I am a healthy 28 yrs old but when I was active duty (AD) before I was diagnosed with Migraines and GERD (acid reflux) well now that I am trying to go back in the military they might now clear me b/c these are two conditions that they don't like people to have. It sucks b/c I was AD before with them and they have never caused me to miss any work so hopefully I can "sell it" to the medical people...luckily I am medical myself and can work it. So we shall see what happens.

Good luck and tons of for the interview! I hope it all works out and that you get to be in FL or VA!

Yay for 2 weeks till your trip. It sounds like a very bittersweet time for you. But it's so exciting that you will finally be with your DH!

Thank you!! FL or VA would be great but I can't get too greedy I guess and should just be happy that I will be with DH either way. I am so excited for my trip but yes it is very bittersweet...that is why a Disney trip will be great to make me happy!

Oh and thanks for the welcome! We got our Apartment in Orlando I'll be 10 minutes away and will be moving in 24 days!!!!

Hope the interview goes well today! I hear you on moving overseas. It's a bittersweet thought. DH and I are starting to think about our next duty station, and as cool as it would be to go overseas, I would have a really hard time being away from the family. FL would be perfect for you though...WDW around the corner!

It is such a catch 22 for me with moving overseas. It will be a great way to see Europe and really the military atmosphere is different over there but with starting a family it is difficult...plus I am REALLY close with my family so it makes it harder. FL would be great and I would love being so close to Disney but being back here in VA would be perfect also. We shall see how it all works out.

I just thought this was a great shot if I do say so myself.

Where we will be staying in 1 month and 13 days!!! This was taken while we were on the water mice.

It has been fun sharing the pictures...they make me smile. I have been really missing DH this week something about being just about 1 month away until I can see him really makes me anxious and inpatient.

As for the ears...it was fun wearing them. I was surprised the DH wore them so much since he seemed against them at first but I think he liked them but shhh dont tell anyone. Although once we went to all of the parks 1 time he asked if he still had to wear it and I told him no he wore them more than I thought he would...plus I think they were hot on his head. He did wear his pin everyday though... He loves me!

Thanks for the comment on the monorail picture...I was so excited when I took it and felt like a photographer. LOL! The ears and shirts were fun to do but I don't think we will be doing shirts this year...hmmmm or will we. Now that I am thinking about it maybe we will...oh DH is gonna love me for that! <sarcasm>

That is an awesome shot! Something that I learned about and love about the Monorail Black (with red edging) is that it was struck twice by lightening and when I was on the Disney College Program would talk with CMs while waiting to ride the monorails, and they all seemed to think that it was a little haunted. Since I love wacky stories like that I made that monorail my favorite!

So personally I think that photo ROCKS!

Well today I bought my pre-paid Photopass CD...YIPPIE! I loved getting the CD last year and now I am just trying to talk DH into doing the Photo session at WL. I think I just read that they are doing it there now also. Right now he is not going for it but we shall see.

I also called Disney Dining today and still no luck with Le Cellier but I kinda expected that but a girl can still try. I also checked all of my ADR's and they are all present and accounted for so that is good.

On another note yesterday I spent my day doing my MEPS (medical) appt for the AF. It went as expected long, boring, and some walking around in bra and underwear...and of course I have to get waivers for my medical conditions. So my medical record has to be reviewed by the Surgeon General and hopefully he/she will clear me to serve my country. So we shall see where that goes. Ok off to read some more posts and then to start packing up my room. So sad...and oh pack for Disney too!

Right now I live in CT and I work for a hotel call center. When I move I'll be unemployed but I am going to try and find something asap right by my apartments.

I'd go work for WDW but I rather keep the magic alive for a while. Maybe after a few months I can look into what I want to do full time!

Woo hoo and I have been watching an instructional DVD on my camera so I can get better photos. So we shall see how those come out. Ok I have to go help BBQ...hope everyone is having a good Labor Day!

Thanks! i am excited also and before you know it your trip in Dec will be happening. As for Hanna...it doesn't look like she can make up her mind or not. I am just hoping she clears out of VA by Mon and pray that Ike doesn't head to FL!!!

So excited isn't the word. 1 week from today and I will be at the MK!!! As for the photo session for Oct I have been looking into it more and they have changed it so much and now costs so much money that I am not going to even attempt it. We will be able to get plenty of pictures in the park though!
