Does 1 night resort parking = 2 days theme park parking?

We haven't stayed on property since WDW started charging resort parking fees. We'll be staying one night at CBR and plan on going to HS on day one and then Epcot on day two. We'll be coming from Cocoa Beach and I know I can check in online and just go to HS without paying for parking. For the next day, if we decide to drive to Epcot will we have to pay for parking? We also might just leave the car at CBR, drop luggage with the front desk and then take the Skyliner to Epcot. Thanks for the help!
