This is my 5th cruise (I’m taking each of my nieces and nephews), and this time I’m taking 4 of them at once. I received my documents yesterday, and rather than each person having a separate packet, they came as one packet. The problem is, in the past, I’ve had to have a notarized parental signature for the kids, but I only have one copy of this form in my packet, and I have 4 kids from three different families. Does anyone know, did Disney change the way they do packets, or did I get the wrong thing?? Also, my parents are traveling with me in a separate cabin, and their packets didn’t come even though we booked at the same time.

I don’t know if any of that made sense, but I’m just used to each person having their own complete, separate packet, and that’s not what came.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

That is the new way they are doing it. Your parents documents might come in a day or so.

As for the form - you can download extra copies from the DCL site. Click here to get to it.
