document question

If I received my documents but then had a change in my room assignment do I then have to fill out all new documents since they have the room printed on them? That goes for luggage tags too........if they don't change the room number on the luggage tags then it will all go to the wrong room. Anyone know what is done in this case?

The documents will be fine, just cross off the room number on the luggage tag, and put in the new number.....
