Doctor Who

found it, and there is one thing you NEVER put in a trap

Ack! Two parter D-:

Just when you thought a monster that moves whenever you don't see it, that displaces you in time and feeds on the life you would of had was scary, they've gone and made them worse! Not only do images of a Weeping Angel turn into an Angel themselves, or If you look into the eyes of a Weeping Angel, they put their image inside your eyes but they can disguise themselves as other statues! although that last one could be because they were dying. Can't wait for next week's episode.
answer is yeah, it's cuz they were erodeing

If you don't get it, it's parodying Stars in Their Eyes, a British television talent show where contestants impersonate singers. (contains spoilers to Victory of the Daleks)

-points to avatar- Doctor = <3

As much as I miss Tennant, I am thoroughly enjoying Matt Smith. The lovely Karen Gillan is making things easier to love. I don't get the hate though. I think he's absolutely hilarious, and totally not trying to be Tennant at all. <3

The weeping angels deffiently did make a good return(:
and I cannot wait for the vampires to come and see what they are like in the Doctor-Who-World.
I wonder whether the cybermen will return this series? In the trailer it had a clip of one...I think? I do hope so.

I watched Doctor Who Confidental on BBC3 and poor Karen had to actually have grit in her eye! (Ovbiously not directly in her eye but this eye-patch thing).

ooh! i used to love stars in their eyes(:
they mentioned it on doctor who (2005) in 'Bad Wolf':

"Sweet" Lynda with a Y: There’s Call My Bluff, with real guns. Countdown, where you’ve got thirty seconds to stop the bomb going off. Ground Force, which is a nasty one. You get turned into compost. Wipeout, speaks for itself. Oh, and Stars In Their Eyes. Literally, stars in their eyes. If you don’t sing, you get blinded

well.
this week's episode was really good :')
*highlight for spoilers*
totally scared me when you actually SAW the angels move though..
and the whole thing with river at the end..? was anyone thinking what i was thinking? o_O
and the end with amy! what was going on there please ;o

xD

It was a great episode, but I still think Blink is the better of the episodes.

Yes, the Angels moving was very creepy. I always thought we were like onviewers so the angels didn't move when we saw them and no other character did, then that happened!

Yes I thought the same as you, but I do hope we're wrong. Anyway, the Vicar seemed to know the guy and didn't recognise the Doctor so maybe it's someone else.

The ending scene was... Unexpected to say the least. Did you notice the day happens to be when the finale of this series is? Oh, I think I saw a picture of Rose on the wall with all the friends, but i'm not sure...

Here's something wrong. At the beginning of the first episode, you see the Tardis fly past the Millenium Dome and the London Eye before he crashes in Amy's garden. That sets the scene at the earliest in 2000. At the end, we learn that the Doctor's been gone for 14 years, which means it should be 2014. How come the date on the clock is in 2010 then?

and yes, the photo is there, and I'm so glad we get Mickey part 2

One thing that confuses me is how is it not going to be akward between the Doctor and Amy in the next episode? Especially with her fianceé there..

Looking on iPlayer and on a recording of the episode, i'm almost certain there's a picture of Rose in the background. Here's a screencap:

(Might contain spoilers depending on if you don't want to know the outcome of the episode)

What do you think?

Just watched the Daleks episode.
Actually the first Who I'd ever watched with the Daleks.
