Never heard of him before. But hopefully he'll bring a younger feel to the Doctor.

I'm still missing #10 though. This new guy better do us proud!

We saw the picture of Matt Smith and were like... NOOO>
But then at the end of Series one we HATED David Tennant. We just KNEW that no one could be as good. Boy were we wrong, and we knew it within the first episode of season 2.
So we are trying to reseve judgment and give the guy a chance.

Yeah, I learned to give folks a chance back when Chris Eccleston gave the TARDIS key over to David Tennant. I just knew I'd hate the guy... but within the first 2 episodes I absolutely adored him. I only hope that Matt Smith can do the role justice. At least he's enthusiastic and loves the character!
