I remember that sense of relief. I had a lipoma removed from my back over the summer. It had been there for a few years but recently grew fairly large and was bothering me so I decided to have it removed. Because of the size and location(next to my spine) I decided to not have it done in the office but to go to day surgery and be knocked out during the procedure. Quick and easy and I'm glad it is gone now. I can deal with the scar over the lump and not knowing what the lump was.
