OKW Building Configuration Summary
After walking the entire resort this afternoon with pencil and paper (and getting more than a few inquisitive looks), I have compiled a breakdown of the room configuration of the OKW resort. There are 4 basic building types- with a couple of aberrations of those forms. I will break them down by building type. The designations are my own- nothing official from DVC. (There could also be some nuances I missed, but these are the basic configs!) All observations were made from the outside.
Every building is numbered from the right end as you look at it from the parking area. All room numbers begin with the building number, floor and room. (1610 is building 16, 1st floor, room 0) The first room on the right end of each floor will end with a zero- regardless of room type.

The vast majority of buildings are what I labelled Type A:
1st Floor (Right-to-left) Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio.
2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio
3rd Floor 2BR, 2BR, 2BR

Buildings 13,20,21,23,26,27,28,32,33,34,36,37,39,41,42,45,46
,47,50,52,54,56,62 are all Type A.

Type B:
1st Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio
2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio

Buildings 11,17,24,30,31,40,44,55 are all Type B.

Type C:
1st Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio
2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, GV, GV, 1BR, Studio
3rd Floor Upper levels of the GV's.

Buildings 15,16,19,22,25,29,43,49,51,53,63 are all Type C.

Type D:
1st Floor 2BR, 1BR, Studio,Studio,1BR,1BR,Studio,Studio,1BR,2BR
2nd Floor 2BR, 1BR, Studio,Studio, 1BR, 1BR, Studio, Studio, 1BR, 2BR

Buildings 14,18,35,38 are all Type D.

Type E:
Building 48 is the only one like this. It has a ground floor GV and 3 other GV's in the building.
1st Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 2BR, GV
2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, GV,GV,GV,GV (2nd Level)
3rd Floor GV,GV,GV (2nd Level)

Type F:
1st/2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 1BR, Studio, 1BR, Studio
3rd Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR

Building 64 is the only bulding of this type.

Type G:
1st/2nd Floor Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 2BR, 2BR

Building 12 is the only one configured this way.

Smoking Optional buildings are 12,19,21,25,41,43,50

There are 2 GV's in buildings 15,16,19,22,25,29,43,49,51,53 and 63.
There are 4 GV's in building 48. (26 total)

I don't have any information about which rooms are handicap accessible.

These building forms are all apparent from the outside. I could not find any suggestion of any dedicated 1BR or Studios and the CM's I asked knew of none at OKW.

Hopefully, this will be of some assistance to OKW members and anyone planning a stay at the resort.
