On the lunch allergy menu the Roasted Endorian Chicken Salad and the kids' Yobshrimp Noodle Salad are listed as gluten free. Also the Felucian Kefta and Garden Spread can be gluten free if you don't get the pita that comes with it.
On the breakfast menu the Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast is gluten free. They also list Tugg's Overnight Oats as gluten free, but if the person in your party has Celiac they may need to avoid oats as well because of cross contamination risks, as my son does.
