Doable Order for Early Entry at DCA?

Our plan is to hit RSR first thing to ride in the morning and later (carefully watching FP return times on app) grab a FP to ride a 2nd time @ sunset.

1. RSR
2. TSM
3. Screamin'
4. Soarin'

or should we do

1. RSR
2. Soarin'
3. TSM
4. Screamin'

We have only one day at this park and we are hoping to get all 4 rides in before official park opening.

I would try the 2nd option, but I don't know if you can do all 4 in an hour. You pretty much have to cover one side of the park to the other.

I would stick with the first option, less walking.

1st option, I recommend soaring at the very end of emh. I did it first during emh and it wasted half of the hour.

You should definitely be able to do all 4 in EMH. We've done the reverse a couple times, Soarin (because we could get in line before rope drop), then TSM, then Screamin 2-3x, and into line for RSR before the main gates open.

Screamin' doesn't tend to have too long of lines or much wait on FP return times. So if you had to skip one for time during EMH it would be that one as it's easy to ride any time.
