do your crocs hurt?

Socks are almost always a must for me unless I am wearing completely open shoes. The first day I wore them, they did rub my pinky toe and that was with the sock. It's cold here (9 degrees to be exact) so I don't know how my feet will respond to warmth in them.

okay, I thought it was just me. I am a true Birkenstock girl and thought I would try the crocs because everyone seems to love them. So I got the maryjanes and do not find them very comfortable for long periods of time. Great for a few hours, but not a full day on your feet. I tried the Airwalks from Payless and found them to be much more comfortable than the Crocs maryjanes.:confused3 I would like to try the scutes but I'm afraid I won't be happy with those. Maybe just stick with the Birk's.

Hi MariMouse
I love Croc Scutes. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I wore them last August the whole time and couldn't believe how good my feet felt. I also got the Disney Beach crocs in pearl with the pink strap and wore them just about the whole time in December. I wore them with socks and they were really comfortable. If they feel a little tight, you can stretch the back strap. Also, with the Scutes, I had to put them in the dryer for a minute and pull up on the top of them since the one shoe rubbed a little at first. Good luck with your shoes.:goodvibes

I've never had a problem with mine around home -- I have a pair of Caymen and a pair of Beach. On the first day at WDW, the Beach ones put a huge bruise on the top of my foot where my foot hit the shoe with each step. I couldn't wear them or my gym shoes the rest of the vacation because of the bruise. I was wearing sandals when it was cold. It took the bruise 2 weeks after we got home before it went away.

I tried the Mary Janes on today. They are cuter....and more money. I was going to head out to buy them tommorow (yes it is 15 below here)...but now I am rethinking....Disney in 8 days!

I just got a pair of Athens (flip flops) Choc/baby blue sole. I can't wait to try them out. I guess I'll have to wear them around the house, since it's to cold outside to wear them. I also have Caymens and MJ's, the Caymens I wore to WDW last year and loved them and still love them. I got a pair of MJ's for Christmas and I like them but there not near as comfy. I don't think I could wear them in the parks. My DD11 and DD9 love their MJ's. I also got DD11 a pair of Athens Lime Green/pink sole. They didn't have DD9 size, so I'm going to order hers off Zappos pink/orange sole. Don't you just love shopping for a Disney Trip

i think what i've decided to do is wear my mary janes on the days we're not going to be at the park all day (i.e., AK) and wear the caymans i'm gonna get when i know i'll be in for a really long day of walking (i.e., MK). the mary janes are just too cute to not wear at all while in WDW!!! thanks for everyone's advice!
