Do you wear Matching shirts

This will be the first trip that we will be doing this. DH is ok with it and DS is only 16 months old, so he doesn't care yet...LOL Even sister in law thinks it will be fun. I'm looking forward to it!!!

I'm designing all the t-shirt transfers we will use.

You can CLICK HERE to see small watermarked images of my t-shirt designs - I'm more than happy to customize them for people! If you would like the full size image (without watermark, of course) send me a PM with your e-mail address and which one(s) you would like.

I did my two boys in matching shirts a couple of times. I also did the same color for the entire family. There was one day that we didnt match at all and I wasnt thrilled with the pictures taken at all. It just seemed messy not coordinating.

Our whole family always matches almost every day of our trip....I've bought 3 or 4 matching sets of the Disney shirts from DisneyShopping.com, both short & long-sleeved, & also the matching sweatshirts.

We've also tie-dyed enough sets so that we can wear those on days that we don't wear our Disney shirts. It makes the pictures look so much better.

We also wear matching shorts/pants (black or blue) each day.

We wore matching shirts to Spirit of Aloha dinner show. I even got my DS to wear one too. My husband and kids lovingly refer to them as our "dork clothes". The things my sweet family will do for me! :goodvibes

I scour the Disney store for the same shirts in all of our sizes on clearance. I didn't pay over five dollars a shirt, and we will all match. I told the family that this is my vacation, and if they would like to join me they will wear my shirt on the day I choose. We will match everyday.

I love to do it as well!

DW ONLY wore hers for the picture - but the kids LOVED it as we were called the Incredible Family All day.

I also dressed DD4 up as a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader the same day that I wore my Cowboy Jersey!

YES - I'm a Tourist - and Proud of it!!!!

hell no. I don't see the point of wearing identical/ similar shirts.

as the others said... tourists...

le'me add.. ugly cheesy tourists.

My dd6 and I wore matching yellow shirts and khaki shorts one day with our yellow backpack purses. I didn't even think about the backpacks matching...hers had a Dumbo print on it, and mine was floral. But I saw a picture that my mom took of the two of us walking ahead of her, and it did look kind of cute (of my dd, anyway!!).

I had made us the matching yellow shirts before we left. They had Lady and her puppy on it (one that looks just like her), and I put "First Trip to WDW" on it. It was particularly cute on dd because she carried around a Lady plush toy with her all day.

Another day at MGM, we wore matching hot pink T-shirts with Daisy on them, but didn't get to see her that day. :( Donald seemed to get a kick out of them, though.

It was actually my daughter's idea to have matching shirts, and I know she won't feel this way forever, so I'm goin' with it while I can! :thumbsup2

The point: 1) for fun, 2) to help find each other in a crowd

Who cares if this labels me as a tourist? Isn't that what most people in the parks are??

Oh, and we weren't ugly. :)

To each his own.

Yep! ITA.

And while I am a tourist, I don't want to dress like one.

But I do think it's cute/nice...on other families.

I'm sorry. You are allowed your opinion that you don't like them, but to call those of us that DO like them "UGLY" is downright RUDE AND NASTY.

ROFL!!! Not only did I do matching shirts for the boys our trip, I coordinated them to the park. Hee Hee! Now, DD & I had 1 matching shirt since we got 4th of July Minnie shirts and they had both adult & child sizes. She was so happy because the boys were matching and she had no one to match with.

However, my DH did NOT wear anything matching for us. :lmao: He did wear his collared Grumpy shirt I got for him though to Yachtsman Steakhouse.

I mostly did it so I could keep track of the kiddos easier.

DH and DS tend to get those Disney Hawaiian shirts from the Disney Store and wear those matching a lot - DS is only 4 and they've done this since he was 1 so they look so cute together!

I often get asked where my matching shirt or dress is....ah...no. Not a Hawaiian shirt kinda girl here. But I have some of the most adorable photos of my boys in their matching clothes!

When in the park does your group or familey ever wear matching t-shirtsl. I think it is fun. Other group members don't

No, we do not wear matching t-shirts because we (DH and I) think it's dorky. It's a little too "touristy" to me.
