Only once in a while, if I care what time it is and there might not be clocks readily available. Like others have mentioned, there are clocks built into just about everything these days so there is little need for one on your wrist.
I'll sometimes wear one at WDW if we're trying to keep track of a dinner reservation or a particular show. years ago the cash registers all had the time in the digital window where the amount appeared so all you had to do is go near one to get the time. It's not that easy anymore.
