Do you wait to book Candlelight Processional?

Hello! This is our first Christmas trip to Disney and we really hope to book the Candlelight Processional package for Via Napoli. I know they won't release the CP info until July. Do I go ahead and book our ADR when our 180 day window opens then call to add the package? Or do I just wait until the CP info is released? Thanks in advance!

If you want the package, you need wait. They are completely separate reservations, so you won't be able to add the package later.

FWIW, I'm planning to try for an ADR at the 180 day mark. Then try for the processional package when they are released. If we get one, I will cancel our ADR. If we don't get the package, at least we will still have a dining reservation--better than nothing.

That's what I have done. It is always a family tradition we eat at the Coral Reef whenever we go to WDW, and the 2 times we have been to the Processional we ate there. I have already booked the Coral Reef and am just waiting for the Processional to be released. If I don't get it, I'll still be eating at the restaurant I want. Last time I went I saw Neil Patrick Harris and now my daughter in law wants to see him. It is a beautiful event!
