Do you visit the parks on their Extra Magic Hour days?

We Always take advantage of EM evening hours. Some swear by morning hours. I have very few rules for vacation, but rules #1,2,and 3 are I'm not getting up early for anything on vacation.

Evening hours for us too. Our kids are late teens early 20s so early hours would be impossible! We always plan park days based on which has the late closing.

We usually go to the morning EMH whenever possible. It works for us.

I do. I'm an early riser anyway, so I always hit the AM Extra Magic Hour parks. I'll stay until around lunch time, then head back to my resort for a break, then head to a different resort later in the day. The evening EMH was not available when I went in 2004, but will do the same thing, just reversed on those days.

I am generally not an early riser either, but we always do morning EMH's and stay for the day (or most of it). We almost always do evening EMH's too. It just depends on which park it is...if it's AK or Epcot we skip it because we don't enjoy those parks as much.

I voted that I avoid it like the plague but I did use the morning emh. We got up early, went to the parks and rode most of what we wanted to by noon and went back to the resort and rested/swam whatever then we went back in the evening but not to the emh park. We tried that and it was crazy!!!!! It was more crowded than it was worth.

The rule that's seemed to work for us is to do the morning EMH park until around noon, then hop to the park that had evening EMH the night before.
