I have an old fashioned paper planner that I carry around. Actually its suede and very nice but its still paper on the inside.

I misplaced it today and had a minor little panic attack ;) lol I realized how much I depend on it every day.

Do you use one? or are you a computer only planner. Or not a planner at all? I guess that could be a choice too. :)

I carry around a planner with me. I took a time management class from Franklin Covey and am using their system. I love it. I accidently left it behind at the food court one day and didn't know it until I was a few shopping centers away. I panicked since I rely on it so much. Thankfully they had it for me when I got there.

If I didn't, I'd get nothing done and miss every obligation I have. Sadly, my life revolves around it most days.

I use a basic print calendar. I have a Palm Treo, and tried to convert to that, but it just doesn't work for my brain. I have to write it down.

Haven't lost one yet, thankfully! It's thin and letter size with a bright pink cover so I can find it fairly easily.

yes

my mom gave me a pocket sized (about 4" x 6") filofax as a gift when i went off to college. i have been using it ever since, 13 years later. i refill it with kate spade paper every year, i just love her refills.

i am very organized with my time, truly because i have one place to write my work schedule, events and appointments into. otherwise the rest of my world is a cluttered mess :rotfl: but i'm always on time!

I became a "planner" at the age of 46 after attending a seminar "Organizing for the Busy Parent" sponsored by my work. After 6 kids and 5 grand kids, I am now organized. As other's have stated, I would be lost without it. I no longer have dozens of appointment cards floating in my purse and I like to think I'm doing my part of going green by using less paper.:cool1:

I used Franklin Day Planner for about 15 years, before that, basic Day Timer. Now Outlook/Blackberry for about past five years. Lost without it.

I had my Franklin Covey for years when I was a supervisor at my last job, I had to have it with me ALWAYS. I am now at a job that is much less demanding and have coverted to my blackberry.

Yes, I'd be lost without it!!
I have a 16 month one I buy each year at Barnes and Nobles in July. I then switch from the one I am currently using to the new one in July. This way when school starts for my kids I have the whole school year at my finger tips.

I missed out on doing the 16 month planner this year and I hated it! It was one of those things that just got lost in the shuffle and I really notice now!

So I bought this new one this year and so far I really like it. Its a "Time Traveler" and it has a lot of extras in it that are helpful to me in my main job. Time zones, airline contacts, conversions, etc. My second job is test proctoring and all I really need for that is the date.
Its just so much easier to keep up with things when I have them all written down in one place.

Oh yes, I have a week at a glance calendar. It has time in 15 minute blocks and I would be lost without it. I call it my bible.

I tried that too. I do use google calendar so when DH is traveling he gets updates on what we are doing. Its nice that it texts me when I need to do something. Makes it much easier.

Yes, I still use the old fashioned leather bound paper planner. I think it's easier to look at than a computer, and I can write in it faster, see all the dates at a glance faster, etc... for me, it's just easier.
