Do you trade with the non cm people at DTD?

I feel no one should be rude but I think you should bear in mind they are under no obligation to trade. Disney CM's must trade.
I went to the September pin event with real trepidation as I had read how hard core some traders were. What I found was a load of really great people. On the other hand sometimes they looked at my collection of traders and couldn't find something they wanted to trade. This is ok, they are trading for their collecction or at worst for something to sell. Is that so bad. If you want a pin they have why not buy them something if the value is similar. If you want to trade something it needs to work on both sides. They have to feel good about the trade as well.

People I've met at pin events are pretty polite and having a bit of fun. The people who park themselves outside the pin shops at Epcot and Downtown Disney for a second "job" is what I think people are taking issue with.

Those folks know they will most likely never take a trade, they only want people to go buy them pins to put up on eBay.
