Do you tithe regulary at your church?

I give money to my church, but it is an offering, not a tithe. I have recently learned an offering is supposed to be in addition to the 10% tithe.

I voted for the top one, but it's not "pretty much always" it's just "always". The only way I wouldn't, is if I walked out the door without it, and then I either drop it in the mail, or just bring it next week and then have 2 envelopes instead of 1.

Our church (Episcopalian) does 'time, talent, tithe'. The church would love a 10% tithe but realizes that usually isn't going to be possible. I believe the modern amount for tithing is 5% now. I give a huge amount of time, and talent, to my church. I am not close to the 10%, more like 3%.
But to those of you who feel that God will provide, I guess he probably does up to a point. But churches have bills to pay just as we do..heat, electricity, staffing, etc. If you want the services, then you must pay for them.

I marked other, because I consider a tithe to be a true 10% to your home church.

I end up giving about 10% to various church related charities. I probably give about 8 percent directly to my church. I sponsor a Compassion International child, and I donate to our local Christian radio station. I also donate for specific needs, and when I get a bonus, I typically give 50% of that to the church. As far as I'm concerned, that bonus is a true blessing, and should go to God.

I also donate quite a bit of my time to the church, but I consider that my offering, not my tithe.
