Do you Tip??

If you are using the baby-sitting service at the Resort... (It is Pricey) Do you also tip the person & if so how much would you suggest ..

No. You enterred into an agreement with their employer to have someone watch your children and they are being paid by you to do that. I have a woman who stays with my mom when I'm not available. I got her through an agency and I don't tip her. I do however tip wait staff, bell hops and cleaning people as they are not hired by me through an agancy to assist me.
