free refrigerators will eventually be available at the Value resorts also ? Sorry but it kind of irks me that everyone else gets them , except for those ( who in most cases are trying to save money ) have to pay extra. Call me crazy. Maybe I am missing something. Is their some type of hidden cost with the other resorts we can't see ?

That's why it costs so much to stay at the other resorts...perks like refridgerators. If they made them available for free to everyone at the value resorts, the price would go up. I am a value resort type of person and I have no need for a fridge so I don't want to have to pay for one.
