that the characters at LTT on a MNSSHP night will be in Halloween costumes for at 4:25 PM seating? Just curious cause I just made ressie and didn't want the 6:30 option for fear I'd miss some partying.

If it is a dinner reservation they will be in their Halloween masks. If you booked a late lunch reservation then no, there are no characters at lunch.
