I do!!
I went to Wal-Mart yesterday to stock up on things and get a few groceries. The check-out lines all had 3-4 people waiting to be checked out so I got in line and patiently waited. After about 5 minutes of waiting a cashier opened the register next to me and said "I can help the next person in line." As the person ahead of me had already put her items on the counter, I considered myself the "next person in line." I started to move my cart when I was bumped from behind, by the person who had been standing in line directly BEHIND me. I gave her a dirty look because she had not been the "next person in line" but obviously she didn't care because she kept moving.
To me, the "next person in line" is the person who is directly behind the last person who has their items already on the counter, NOT someone who just walked up and joined the line BEHIND me. Am I wrong?
