No it would be like when you sell a room, all your items go back to your inventory with all your stuff.

When I met Yavn at DLR last year I asked him about this. It was another thing they were looking into. Apparently there are lot of technical issues with a lot of the things that seem simple to us.

This was one of the questions posted in the "Ask Yavn" thread, and
it apparently has a more complicated programming than the regular
trading does. But everyone I know thinks it's a great idea.

It would definitely cut back on code scammers. Currently the only
way to trade rooms was to give someone the code, hoping they would
honor their agreement to trade their items to your character after
the code was verified.

I think if rooms were tradeable, you should make sure no items were in
the room before trading it. Let's hope that we get this option in the future.

I can see where there would be some technical dificulty in this though. It's not as if our rooms are listed in our inventories. If they were, then the problem would be a lot easier, I'm sure.

But, from what Yavn said, they are working on this. Let's all hope that they can make it happen.

I think this will be a very cool idea. Say you will miss the beach room quests for some odd reason and wouldn't be able to get them unless you trade for them.

I've been wondering if they are planning on doing that. With the Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach rooms being only one per person (for those able to complete the quests, that is), it makes me think that maybe they are going to do just that. On the other hand, I could just be naive and think that. I have only been playing since April, but isn't this the first time that you could only have one of a particular room?
