Do You Think We Saved / Will Save VMK?

I vote no. However, I hope by our heartfelt responses, Disney decides to invest in a game that is like VMK. I am all for another Disney game that involves chat, designing rooms, purchasing items, and trading. I would STILL be for it if the game did not take place in the magic kingdom. I hope Disney can do it on their own terms and not rely on Sulake.

After reading what the suit had to say to the protesters yesterday I am pretty sure now they do not care. All their games will be based on selling items and once ie pirates is no longer selling DVD it will be gone too.

I will never ever play a disney game that is based on aquiring rare items and lots of time. And mostly having friends that they thing are disposable. They do not care how much hurt this is causing families. To me that is a bad move. Right now it is our little community. If they did not learn anything from this then down the line more and more people will be hurt. That is even more sad.

I am disgusted with how disney is looking at people's emotions to them all games are just promotions to get us to buy more.

That's always been my thought behind fighting. Since I figured it was the whole Sulake thing, I doubted they'd keep it open (although I've been hoping hard!). However, I want them to know how much VMK matters, in the hope that they'll create sort of a 2.0 version.

For that reason, I will continue to fight all the way to the end, and 11 days, 30 days, 120 days from now, I'll still be fighting.
