Do you think the are offering these pin codes to everyone?

I called today & the girl told me I did have a pin code, but it was for travel in the Fall, and we are not going til April. It seems a lot of folks have been encountering this.

I've called a few times today to see if I had a pin code assigned to my name, and they haven't been able to check because the computer system has been down all day (I think they are upgrading it). So the people who were told today that they don't have a pin, I would try calling back tomorrow and asking because I don't know how they would be able to check today.

No code for me, I have to hold out and hope there are Dec discounts offered to everyone. We booked 1 room at AAA rate and then my MIL decided to go. I added her room but there were no more AAA rooms so it was rack rate for her. I even had them check her name and address for a PIN.

The lady that I talked to could get in. She knew my name and address and when I've gone, my email address and the people I've gone with before.
