Do you think rare should keep rolling out into stores?

Okay. Here's my thoughts on vmk about all the rare items coming out. I'm a little upset about some items coming out. (flip,princess,tiki fountains,ect ect) Although it gives new comers to vmk a chance to be CoOl ( joke everyone who is new to vmk ) I'm just a vmk veteran who is used to things staying the way they are with OCCASIONAL new items.Feel free to post dissagreements or agreements about this message .

I never thought much about it until I traded my first eye pin and got a few different color rockets which in turn were released in about 4 days. I think since then I trade differently. When I get hard to get rare items I hide them and dont trade them lol.

I'm all for giving the new ppl some opportunity to get rare things but not higher end like inferno or stitch.

But we all play differently, and trade differently as well.

I do think that things should be released for a more limited time. I believe that the pan and flip hats are still for sale.
A day or even a weekend would have been much better than a few weeks.

Having them available for so long is killing the value of them for any future use. Now they will not be usuable for trading for things like Inferno, Stitch, Sparrow, unreleased beta for a very long time.

I think if vmk wants to re-realease items I think it should be for one or two days only. I also think they should up the credit amount a bit. For example I think Flip hat should have been sold for 5,000 credits on one weekend. That way new players can purchase them and the value willl adventually go back up.

I'm a fairly new player so I'm always eager for new items or re-released items but even I agree that they should be sold for only a short time or for a lot more credits. I wouldn't mind paying 5,000 credits for a hat because that is well-worth it to me. I think if things were only released for a short period of time, there would be better trades in-game as well (not just on the DIS). I always get offers of things that are still being sold. Maybe if it were only available for 2 days, people could trade with those who missed out.

I think its cool to release old items, but how about in different colors instead, so that rare is still rare. Like the flip could have been blue instead of green and Minnie can be Yellow instead of pink.

I think just changing the color if the items would be better than just releasing the same ones again.

Thats would be really cool . I'm not sure why vmk doesnt change the color since its very easy to do. I clicked a button in my art program and bam! I have a cyan minnie hat

WEll i think, GReat VMK is being nice giving everyone a chance.. But MY thoughts i dont know. If they're going to re-release stuff. I would just make it a whole Re-release month theme. With EVERYTHING combined or something. And get the items over with. Its getting pretty annoying and its dragging on like forever. They just keep re-releasing all this stuff.


People may not have the credits all for one month. But, I rather do that anyway. Its getting irritating.


Besides.. I think they should give a LITTLE bit more in jungle cruise, pirates, fireworks, Etc. For those people who have alot of lag, they cant play any games. So it would also give them a fair chance. Or for people who are very busy and only get to be on VMK for a hour or so.

I haven't been playing on vmk nearly as long as most that post here, less than a year, but I think by re-releasing items, the scammers are being put to heel. Perhaps this is vmk's answer to stop the scamming. I agree though, that availability should be limited to a weekend or a week, not necessarily increasing the price per item, some, like my kids, don't play as often and don't necessarily have a lot of credits (although I do buy stuff for my kids so they don't miss out). I also agree that there should be different colors, I absolutely abhor the green flip hat, what's wrong with purple, blue or red vmk?! But in the end, this is only virtual and ultimately not life changing

This has been discussed so many times now since they started doing this but really its better they do it. I have some of the things that have been released so far and could care less that they were. Its virtual items and not real. Its a game. Let new people have the chance to earn the credits and buy the items they want. I think getting upset over virtual things is just silly but that is just MO. While I agree that the amount of time should be less then it has been (a month or more is a bit much) but a weekend or even a week is fine. Hopefully though this will help with lessening the scammers on some of these items as well. While I have doubt it would it would be nice if it does. I do think the in park items (stitch, the special holiday stuff, etc)from the past should stay that way or make it so we have to do a quest for the item if they want to give them to us at some point. Just not be something we can buy in game.
