Just wondering.... so many people want to go now while it is a special celebration. Do you think once it is over that reservations may drop off? I am wondering if there may be more codes to try to get more bookings in the fall of 06 and perhaps holiday season. Of course it is just speculation on my part, but the thought has crossed my mind more than once. Any thoughts????

I don't think the Celebration alone is drawing as many people as we might think. I think it's a combination of the new My Way tickets, the $1,500 for a family of four advertisement and the free dining that was just offered as well as the Celebration. I think the reason it seems so busy for October, November, December is because alot of people who might have went in September booked for later because of last years September hurricanes.

I do think reservations are going drop off some after the first of the year...only my opinion though.

I agree about the points you made contributing to the high numbers this fall, but for many, Disney is a once in a lifetime trip, or a once every few years trip. I wonder if many made a special effort to make it during the 50th celebration. If so, I would think that reservations would drop off next fall, and Disney might need to put out some incentives to fill rooms. Like I said, it is just speculation, but I will be watching with interest next summer what Disney starts putting out.
