Late June is a busy time of year anyway, so yes, I think it will be very busy. With that said, it's Disneyworld so have a great time and enjoy. I'd rather be at Disney and have it be crowded than sitting in my office.
I went last year, one week after July 4, and it was wonderful. It's just this celebration that has me spooked. I am looking forward to all of the exciting things that they are doing, but not the potential crowds
We go every year at that time and it is hot and crowded, but as I said we go every year. Plan for your meals and then go early to the parks and leave for a pool break. The restaurants will be booked if you don't have a PS, but theres always counter service. You will have a great time. Enjoy!
