I take a Centrum multivitamin/mineral daily. My doc recommended it.

I take a multi vitamin everyday. Womens One a Day, Weight Smart. I used to take Centrum but I am a sucker for vitamins that claim to be "weight smart" so I switched brands. I don't notice a difference between the two so when I run out I will probably buy whatever's on sale.

I take a vitamin supplement called Optivite. It is specifically for PreMenstrual Syndrome. No joke, my PMS was so bad (headaches, crankiness, tension... :furious: ) that my Dr. suggested Optivites and they are wonderful!!

OK I know others out there must need these too or they wouldn't make them, so fess up :rolleyes1 .

I take Olay Vitamins a B complex heart smart, MSM (for my knees), and a baby aspirin.

I take a Weight Smart One a Day(and like airplane don;t see a difference between that and a regular multivitamin), 500 mg of Vitamin C and St John's Wort with breakfast, St John's Wort and another 500 mg of Vitamin C with lunch and a St John's Wort with dinner.

I started this about a month and a half ago and have felt SO much better ever since, I was feeling slightly depressed, and during that time of the month, depressed and irritable, and I mean VERY irritable.
This past time, I was totally fine, I could cry with relief.
I did a lot of reading and saw that the B vitamins could be important to mental health, which is why I get my Muti Vitaim, and St John's Wort has been said to help with minor depression, so I tried and wasn't really expecting it to help, very happy I was wrong.

I take the Vitamin C hoping for no colds..so far the kids have been sick, but I have not, so who knows.

I take a centrum every afternoon. I take it mainly to give me a boost to drag my butt to the gym after work. Although I am going to switch to Viactiv which is a very tasty chocolate tootsie roll like vitamin. :)

I take a multivitamin and Bayer low dose aspirin with calcium; it's the only calcium supplement I can tolerate. I've tried all the different varieties of fish oil, but they all "disagree" with me.

I am pregnant, so I have to :)
(only 3 more weeks! :teeth: )
