Do you take a camcorder?

As you can tell from the link in my siggie, we take ours!

With two years wait in between each trip, I can't imagine not being able to watch our videos.

We typically ride something once and then on the second time around, run the camera.

We took both a camcorder and digital camera. I do the camera the wife does the filming! My kids love to watch their holidays all over again. We took over 5 hours of footage and over 400 pictures....sad to say we have the whole 'its a small world ride'!

In our 16 day visit we have 11 hours of video and over 1100 pictures. Dear Hubby has the camcorder and I have the camera (my 15 year old dd and my 12 ds also have cameras to add to the picture count).

We have every nighttime spectacular and every parade in full. Then we have just snippets of the rest of our trip!

We don't regret bringing all cameras at all times. The three digitals all fit in our waist packs. Hubby carries the camcorder (which is now seven years old).

We just bought a camcorder SPECIFICALLY for the trip

We don't intend to use it everyday, since it can be a hassle to carry it around all day, but we do intend to take video of special xmas parades/shows.

I just pack my camera in my back pack and take it all day. For me this is the best way I can relive the trip when I get home. I don't want to miss any of those special moments. If you want to check out some of my videos from september check out my sig. Hope this helps a bit

My camera is 5 years old, and kind of big, but I'm planning on bringing it on my son's first trip. I'd like to use it with some characters, and for his birthday party at the Crystal Palace. I always carry my digital camera, but will probably bring the video to the parks a few times. I have a video I took on my son's first trip to Storyland amusement park in NH, and he has watched that many, many times, so I want to have some WDW video for him and me to watch. And after reading this thread, maybe I'll video some of his favorite rides and things.
