Do you still wear your wedding or engagement ring?

Well, my wife didn't give me an engagement ring, so I voted "Wedding Ring Only".

+1 It's not my original wedding band, I sort of (ahem) outgrew that one.
DW bought me a gold band at WDW a couple of years ago that has hidden Mickeys on it.

I voted that I wear both of mine but I really needed an "other". I wear them all the time mostly but I didn't for a while, first because after youngest DS was born I never lost the baby weight all 75 lbs of it . I finally had them enlarged and shortly after I caught the diamond on a hanger at Gymboree and the diamond popped out. Neither I nor the store employees could find it. So for a while I was wearing just the wedding band then DH got me another stone (bigger too ) for Christmas that year. But I get anemia which also comes with edema so every so often I have to take them off because my hands swell horribly when the swelling goes down the rings do go back on.

DH doesn't wear his because he can't for safety reasons at work, tho he'll wear it for special occasions.

I certainly can understand what you are saying. I did feel weird when dh stopped wearing his. However it is too small for him.

I have hand excema and wearing rings is a pita. Plus my rings suck. I have a marquis cut that is like a sword.

Exactly the right description for mine also. I said it was too big and gets caught on people's hair (plus conditioner and hair product too). It is "like a sword."

I wear mine all the time, I very rarely take my wedding band off, only when cooking somthing messy. my engagment ring was off for a while when it got to small, but now it's back on. my dh always wears his wedding band, which was his fathers who passed away 3 mo before our wedding.

EXACTLY the reason I DIDN'T want a marquis I have a princess cut and it STILL does the same thing because it sits so high off my hand I find I wear my wedding band more often, just a few inset diamonds, maybe 1/4 tw and my other ring much less now. Funny how the flash is so less important as the years go by

I wear both my wedding and engagement rings and I also feel naked when I dont have them on. I wear them 24/7 and the only time they come off is when Im cooking certain things and other than that they're a permanent fixture.
Hubby wears his wedding ring all the time as well.
