We are going back in November for 9 nights and will be doing the DDP. I have 8 restaurants picked, but can't seem to come up with a ninth one my DH and I would both enjoy. From the 8 we have picked, there would be 1 or 2 we could go to more than once.

If you're wondering our choices so far are:
-Ohana
-Le Cellier
-Sci fi
-WCC
-Biergarten
-Crystal Palace breakfast
-Planet Hollywood
-Kona Café

We will also be doing Boma and Kona breakfast and Rainforest Cafe dinner, but will be paying for these OOP. Would you go to one of these choices twice, if so which one? Or would you go somewhere different, if so where?

On our next trip I am TOTALLY planning to do this. Boma is my favorite restaurant and we are eating there twice next time!:thumbsup2

Leaving in 16 days for 10 nights in WDW-have 2 ADRS for Le Cellier, one for lunch and one for dinner.:banana:

My DH always say why don't we do Lecellier twice on our trip, we love it, but I never seem to plan it that way. This year for trying it for lunch.
I want to try most all restaraunts that appeal to us, so this year I am doing the DXDP so I can add a few new ones along with old fav's.

I would definanetly think Lecellier and Ohana( just for the bread pudding alon) would be great picks for doubling.
We love Yachtsmen and sometimes eat here twice, but we are in Orlando for 2 weeks.

Hi! If you have a favorite restaurant from previous trips I would go there until a new favorite is found,or if you know you'll be at a certain park that night. We go to ESPN twice but that is the sport thing and have also done the Flying Fish 2 times in a trip as that is our favorite:thumbsup2:cool1::cool1::cool1:

We'll be eating at Cali Grill twice on our next trip. Hey, if you like it, doing it double isn't going to hurt ;)

We never go twice, on the same trip. I'm on a quest to try a new restaurant each trip. Our upcoming trip it will be the California Grill.

Thanks for your responses. I'm thinking of doubling Ohana, it was our favorite from our trip last year. We will probably try for our first night and then again our last, so it isn't really close together.

If you have a favorite restaurant and you want to eat there twice, go for it.

So what if most other people don't do it - I do, so you're not alone!

And ENJOY IT!!!!!

We've done Boma breakfast and dinner in one trip!! We love it!

We sometimes do breakfast and lunch/dinner at the same place. Last trip we did the Grand Floridian Cafe twice. If you've never tried it I would suggest you give the GFC a whirl - hidden gem. The Maple Vanilla French Toast at breakfast is A-MAZING. Best I've ever had anywhere and I am a French toast connoisseur. The onion soup at lunch/dinner is better than Chefs de France (gasp!). Lovely setting, too. Not usually very crowded, either, since many people don't know about it.

I would also happily eat at Jiko more than once if spread out early and late in a longer trip (since I'd likely order the same thing and wouldn't want it too close together).

Yes Ohana twice last trip and going twice again this trip. Last time they didnt have entertainment the first time we went, so the second night was a treat when they did have it so i was glad i had the other reservation also.

there was a post a couple weeks ago about a family that was eating in the resort restaurant, i forget where, i think the poly, every nite of their trip. they were, i believe first timers and just did not think about going anywhere else.

I haven't done this yet but I've thought about it for our upcoming trip in October. I like to try as many new places as possible and that is the only thing keeping me from double dipping LOL however I am still considering doing breakfast Kona twice...we loved it so much last time!

We tend to do 2 shorter trips a year (5 or 6 days), so it's hard to double up in on trip because there are so many places we like to eat. But, on our last trip, both my DH and I commented we'd love to do Le Cellier twice. There are numerous things on the menu we'd like to try, but the filet is so good we both find ourselves ordering it each trip. Maybe if we went twice per trip, we could branch out and try something new!

It's too pricey to do this anytime in the near future, but I'd also love to do California Grill twice in one trip. Again...so many menu items I'd like to try, so few trips to do it!

From your list, I could definitely eat at Kona twice. I love Ohana, but since it's the same menu every time you go, I probably wouldn't double up on one trip.

We do the same thing. We love 'Ohana for both breakfast and dinner. It's a family favorite for both meals.

I don't know that I would want to have dinner at the same restaurant twice in one trip, but if I found a menu item that was fantastic, I might try to convince my husband into going one more time. :)
