do you sleep in the complete dark?

No, not in complete darkness but it's not by choice. I live around people now and it seems everyone thinks the night needs to be lit up like daylight. I have 3 places that have automatic blazing LED porch lights now that all turn on lighting every window I have up with every car that drives through because the bedroom is on the corner end of the 2 roads.

We have a nightlight in the bathroom that is attached to our bedroom. We used to sleep in total darkness but now that I am older, I want to avoid tripping-tragedies if I get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I ALWAYS put a wash cloth or something over the bedside clock, microwave, etc. in hotel rooms.

I don't. I keep the blinds open so the cat can look out. It's pretty dark though for the most part.
