before throwing it away

nope but my sister is really into it

I usually do all my bill paying at work and we have stations there to throw all sensitive materials into, so I take advantage of that. So..YES, I do

Yep - everything with identifying info on it, or account numbers.

Absolutely. Mail isn't the only thing I shred ... receipts paid by credit.card, prescription pamphlets from CVS, stuff like that all get shredded.

Our paper trash gets burned so no need to shred anything. Just out of habit if I get anything like a pre-approved credit card offer I tear it up before throwing it away.

Anything with an account number on it. We have a small shredder and do it once or twice a week.

Only jury duty notices. Just TRY to prove I received it!

They usually don't ask that question until after you've spent the weekend in jail for contempt of court.;)

Yes, shred bills, nothing else.

If it just has our name or address, I don't bother but if there's confidential financial or personal info. I'll shred it.

Nope. We live in the country and have a burn barrel so we burn all our paper trash. It's allowed.
