do you really need a planning session?

hi -

i have managed to find some really good flights to go over to florida to meet for our planning session.

is it really necessary - it is going to cost for accommodation and obviously spendingmoney while we are over there?

do you advise having one - are they really necessary - i think the food tasting would be helpful but i am just so confused!

help - please advise

I would say no, its absolutely not necessary! The food tasting is helpful, but depending on the location, you may not have the chance to have one! I dont think they can confirm for many locations until about 3 weeks out! So, I wouldn't use the tasting as a deciding factor. You do go over floral, transportation, set-up, extras, etc., but you can do that over the phone!!
