The BBC and Les Dernieres Nouvelles d'Alsace are live-fed to us at work. I pay far more attention to foreign news than domestic. The American ethnocentric lens is really powerful, which is good - it's part of the reason why we are the world's sole hegemony - and it's bad - because our reporting is so skewed and colored by the American worldview. There are a thousand different ways to tell any story.
