I just finished book #2 in her Key trilogy and WOW! I'm loving these books. I finished the first book Monday, read the entire second book yesterday and am starting Zoe's story today!

I'm putting off starting because we have church tonight and I know I'll want to finish reading it and won't be able to.

Wow shes an awesome writer! I love the sorcerry, god, goddess, witch, ghost angles....WOW!

Yes !! I love Nora Roberts and the Key trilogy was one of my favorites. If you like that one you should try The Three Sister Trilogy. Dance Upon the Air (2001), Heaven and Earth (2001), Face the Fire (2002). Happy reading!!!!

Loved the Three Sister Trilogy. At first I thought the subject matter was something I couldn't enjoy, but I eneded up loving it!

I think I probably have read 3/4 of Nora Robert's book. I love them. Have you read the new one Blue Dahlia? At first, I didn't know if I would like it, but it's great. I love the series that she writes about familes but if you haven't ever read Carolina Moon, I really recommend it.

Blue Dahlia is great. The second book in that trilogy is coming out in June I think. I can't wait. I have read most of her books and I love them all. Try reading J.D. Robb, the other name she writes under. Those are good also.

Love her! Started out reading her stuff about ten years ago, got all the women in my family into her, now we pass around books like crazy!
I loved the Irish sister trilogy (born in fire, born in ice, born in shame)

Only one I didn't like was Carnal Innocence - too graphic for me!

Love her stuff! My favorite series is the Chesapeake series. Started as a trilogy, but there are 4 of them now. But I must say I love them all. But this is weird--I find that I like the 2nd book of any of her trilogies best!

She's a great author, loved both Irish trilogies. The one with the brothers in Maryland was good also. Can't wait until the new one comes out in June.

I think it was the scalpings that sent me over the edge. :earseek: I am a wimp though, can't stand horror movies either.

I've read the Sisters Trilogy and loved it as well!

Carolina Moon is that the one about the ghost house? In the bayou? I loved that one!!

Bummer.....I thought you were talking about a different kind of "graphic" :p .....I know, I know..BAD Tiggersmom! :teeth:

I've never read her...I always thought she was romance novelist, but from here sounds like she is more mystery/crime? Is that right?

She does right straight up romance novels also but as of late her stories have romantic suspense to them. The past several trilogies (sp?) she has created also dealt with just a touch of supernatural or mysticism. I'm usually not one that deals with the mytisicsm because I can't wrap my analytical mind around it but she just gets you sucked in to enjoying the characters so much that you belive some chick can be a witch or see a ghost. I do enjoy the suspense/crime/ romance books just a touch more, although I just flat our prefer her old romance novels too. She has a huge series called the McGregors that are great as well as the McKades and a a series about 4 Calhoun sisters. Can't tell I have read alot of her stuff can you? lol

Oh heck no! :teeth: I can handle that kind of graphic!! :bitelip:

Well I started Key #3 and here it is about 20 minutes before I need to leave for church and I haven't got make up on or hair fixed. So I better get going....LOL!

I knew if I started that dang story I wouldn't want to put it down. I feel a very long night coming on.

FYI - Nora Roberts also writes under the name of
JD Robb, so there is a lot more of her writing available!!!

I am currently reading Honest Illusions.

I went through a romance novel phase my junior year of high school. I swear I must have read every book Nora Roberts ever wrote up until that point :rotfl: Every now and then I'll pick up one of her books to read. She's a pretty good writer :)

Like her as Nora Roberts...not crazy about her writings as JD Robb...Blue Dahila was great....can't wait for mext one
