Do You "Rate" Threads?

I just found that you can sort threads by their rating, so I did and this one is not on top.

So come on everyone, lets boost this thread to the top!!

If Dan is correct and the rating feature is disabled, then it won't matter. But I read about thread rating and I think there has to be a certain number of ratings for it to work. Hmmm, now I'm really wondering.

Bavaria, it's easier to send a PM to an individual IFyou're not already on a thread with the person. Just click on "buddy list" and you can see who is online, send a PM, etc. I did feel the pixie dust, however. I was thinking it was dust from the light fixture that I haven't dusted in ages, but now I know the truth!

I never paid any attention to the rate this thread or anything like that. Funny though all these different things we have here like this and ignore posters so on and they don't work. It like the points on Whos line is it any way?

I've never put a poster on my ignore list because I'm too curious about what they might be saying, but I thought the feature was enabled. I do have a mental ignore list, but you're not on it, Susan.

I finally put someone on 'ignore' two weeks ago and then I had to take him off 'ignore' because I was so intrigued by those 'blank' posts. Sort of like picking at a scab!!!!

What was this thread about again????

If you used the ignore list wouldn't the rest of a thread not make sense? Would anyone using the IGNORED Quotes be blacked out too?

MAKmom, I've heard that if you ignore someone, you can still see their post if someone quotes them.

Well I rated this thread a 5 again. Don't know if it will work to give it two from the same user...probably a catch on that.

Hope we can reach....maximum velocity with this thread and rise straight to the top. Take over the world or something. That would make for an entertaining Tuesday night!

Same here, I am just too curious (but we both know one person on our mental list! )

Of course when I saw this thead I voted, and just to be difficult I voted terrible. Now I feel really bad about it. See this is why I can't ever do anything mean or snarky! (you know what number I mean.)

I think I only really have one person on my mental ignore, and it took all I had not to make a snarky, peri-menopausal comment to her yesterday.
