Just looking for some reasons for and against.
Do you prepay?
If so why or why not?

Thanks In Advance
Don

I prepay the gratuities. If the servers or the room stewards (or whatever they are called) go above and beyond service, I add more money to the envelope I put the voucher in. It just makes things easier. And of course I have money for room service servers. I think I need to do more room service this cruise.

I do Don. The payment coupons are waiting for in envelopes right in your stateroom. One less thing to worry about.

I did this time - just to make things a little easier and to know that I already have that accounted for.

I did...one less thing to have to deal with

I don't cuz I figure I can compensate based on if I use my "inside" voice at dinner :lmao::lmao::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I haven't in the past Don simply because I'd rather wait to spend the money until the trip. However, I may just go ahead and prepay this trip.

I'm not on the Podcast cruise, but as a general rule, I don't pay for anything before I have to. I keep the money in my savings account, rather than give it to a cruise line before it's due. Even pitiful interest is better than no interest!

I agree with Nancy.
And, yes, the interest is indeed pitiful! Still...

Can't you always put them on to your onboard account on the ship?

I prepaid mine, just to have it taken care of.
One less thing to worry about for the trip.

can i prepay a few weeks before the cruise..or am i too late??

I don't think it's too late...I just did mine last week....I did it through Dreams as a payment and marked it for tips.

Three days prior to sailing but I'd wait for the official answer.
