no

Do you own card stock paper?

Oak Tag is also called Tag Board or Manila. It is similar to the paper used to make a manila folder, but a bit lighter in weight

🤔 Hmm...so oaktag (might be two words but I always think of it as one) is a thin sheet of cardboard used for posters, commonly used by kids for school projects, for homemade signs/placards, or other crafts. I’ve used it and called it that since I was a kid. It comes in a standard size of about 2’x 3’ in white and many colors, one side is glossy and one side flat. You can buy it at Staples or an arts and crafts supply store and they typically roll it up with a rubber band. Might be considered poster board, although that’s something different to me. What I call poster board is a thin piece of foam sandwiched between two pieces of oaktag (it’s stiff and can’t be rolled).

Not exactly either. What I know as oaktag is actually a bit heavier than the manila folder material (or card stock).

So weird. I guess it must be a regional thing? East coast? NY? I’ve never heard the term tag board but I suppose that’s the closest. Teachers and the stores that sell it here all refer to what I described above as oaktag. :confused3
