Do you order carrots or chips?

Usually at the counter service restaurants at WDW, you get a choice of carrots, chip and fries ~ what do you order. I love those little bags of carrots! We usually are so full from the meal, we save the carrots for a snack later! What you do order? S

Well I'd like to say that when I'm given a choice between carrots & fries I always choose the healthier option and say "carrots"........but I'd be fibbing! fries would be my choice

We get fries, but only one of us gets them, so we don't end up eating very many. If I were ever hungry enough to eat my own combo, I'd get carrots.

I didn't know you could get carrrots! I always get fries. Last time we went to WDW, I gave up on the diet for the week since it was vacation.

Always learning here on the DIS, never knew about thew carrots. Now that I do, I will probably still get fries most of the time (I'm bad, LOL), but may do the carrots a few times.

No matter how hard I try, I just can't give up fries. I love them too much! I "should" order carrots, but heck, I can eat yucky carrots at home, when I diet. Vacation means doing what I want for however short of a time I'm there. No worries... just enjoy!

I wasn't aware of carrots as an option until our first WDW day April 2001 trip when we went to CHH, dd ordered a salad to share with me, ds ordered the kids bologna sandwich, dh ordered a most yummy ham sandwich. dh didn't want fries. I noticed the option was chips or fries and CARROTS! I ordered him carrots. The meal was very filling so we saved the carrots for later. It was a great little treat having them. They are washed baby carrots in a bag, easy to save for another time. Since then, we order the carrots as the option all the time. April 2002 trip, we went to Goodings to buy a HUGE bag of washed baby carrots. They were the perfect food ~ satisfied the craving for crunchy, sweet, easy food. For fries, we like going to UK at Epcot. YUM YUM! S

I wish other fast food restaurants outside 'the World' (like Wendy's or Subway) would offer carrots!!!!!
