Do you need park tickets to make reservations?

I haven't bought park tickets yet and my 180 day window is approaching. Will I be able to make ADRs?

No park tickets required to book ADRs.

You can book an ADR at any time, regardless of room or tickets being bought. Often, local residents will book an ADR for a resort or Disney Springs, and they don't need tickets for that. Disney will take your dining money any way they can get it.
