We are thinking about doing Tusker House breakfast on our check out morning.
Can we do this without a park ticket ?

ok, guess that limits us . Staying at the Poly. , want to see the main 4 characters . May have to do Chef Mickey. Had not heard great things about it.
Thanks!

Depending on how many people you have in your party and the amount of time you would have in the park, you might want to see what the cost would be to add an additional day to your tickets. I have added an additional day when I think I can get at least 4 hours in the park either at the beginning of my trip or the last day.

CM is great for atmosphere and the characters (Fab 5). Food is so-so, especially at dinner. Breakfast is not too bad as far as the food.

I know it doesn't have the 4 main characters but we really enjoyed O'hana for breakfast on our last trip. Yummy juice and really great character interaction from Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch.

If you have at least 4-day tickets, the cost to add one more day would be 10.65 per person. Something to think about...

I would probably do O'hana, Chef Mickey's, or 1900 Park Fare if you want to do a character meal before you leave. You could also add a day to eat at Tusker House, but if that is the only reason you are going to AK, I would just eat somewhere closer that didn't require a ticket. All of those choices are on the monorail line and don't require a ticket. You could always get a ressie for Tusker House for your AK day (provided you are visiting AK during your stay).

The food at CM doesn't get the best reviews, BUT the characters are the main reason everyone goes anyway. If the characters are important to you, I wouldn't skip CM.

We enjoy CM breakfast. We like standard American breakfast.....waffles, fruit, cereal, variations of eggs, sausage, bacon, croissants...... In addition you get the fab 5- it meets our expectations.

It's hard to mess up breakfast, so if Chef Mickey's appeals to you in general, give it a shot. We've eaten there a couple of times in recent years and have had a fun experience. It's not Victoria & Albert's, but it's not supposed to be.

You might also consider packing up the car and stopping at Cape May Café (Beach Club) on the way out of town (or you could take the Monorail to MK and then take a bus to BC). Somebody would need to confirm this, but as I recall, we saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and maybe Daisy there for breakfast...and I'd put the buffet a stop above Chef Mickey's in general. If I'm not mistaken (I've never done it), there is also a character breakfast at Garden Grove at the Swan. Fairly sure it includes at least some of the Fab 5, but again, never done it, so maybe somebody else can confirm.

I wouldnt have a problem with Chef mickey for Breakfast if you can get the ADR. ANother option to consider is Cape May with Donald, Goofy and Minnie in Beach gear
