As I said in my last thread, my sisters and I are heading "home" on July 9th for a few days - we have family and friends to see, get to the cementery and get that cleaned and fresh paint on the family plots, BUT am still going to have enough time -I am taking envelopes down, filling them up and sending them back to the owners from Key West with all kinds of information that is nice to know if you are going to be in my hometown - I am also picking up about 15 pairs of Kinos for folks that can't get back down there to get them - the only cost you will have is for me to get them to you. My sister Rose just came back from here and picked up 5 pairs in every color possible. Now REMEMBER I AM LEAVING JULY 9th so if you need anything reasonable, just drop me a note.
Norm is leaving the same day for the Bahamas - he and his son are going fishing and then fish some more and get their hands on conch salads, eat their catches, have lobster and most of all remember back when all that was possible while growing up in Key West - we grew up on everything that came from the ocean. I remember on the weekends, parents would take all the kids down to the beach - we would have our fill of stone crab, blue crab, lobsters, fish and end it with watermelon that was "chilling" in the water of the beach - at night we slept at the edge of the water with our feet in the water and watch the sunrises in the morn. NOW THAT IS PARADISE.
Just another tidbit of how it was in Key West.
anyhow must run---------KNOW WHAT TODAY IS???????????? THANK GOD ITS FRIDAY.
Have a great weekend.
Always
