Do you need admission in addition to the MVMCP ticket?

That sums up my question, lol. Do you need to use up a hopper day in addition to the MVMCP ticket if you go in after 7pm?

In addition, the week I was there (dec 5th-Dec12th) they were letting people into the Mk after 4 (not 7) if you had a MVMCP ticket o you got the last two hours of the park basically for free before the x-mas party started
