Do you need a PS for Carnation Cafe?

Hi all. We are leaving in less than an hour for DLR. Do we need to make a reservation for the Carnation Cafe during a week night? We made one for the Blue Bayou and the Napa Rose but I didn't think to make more as I don't want our schedule to be too strict. TIA

My experience is that you don't absolutely HAVE to make a PS for Carnation, BUT it CAN be very, very busy and you could be standing in line to be seated for a long time. We have waited up to 45 minutes before. See, the seating is limited there, that is why it takes so long. Just to be on the safe side, I would make one if I were you! I have never been there when there were tables available. We have always had a wait, but other people have been lucky and were seated right away.

Last trip, I made PS's for everything and it cut down on a lot of hassle and waiting time for us, so it was successful!

Granted I've eaten there 3x times solo, but I've been able to walk right up and get a seat including 2x immediately following the parade.
