Do you match your outit with the park?

I'm barely capable of matching my clothes to each other, much less the park I'm attending! I have been known to sport a Snow White shirt if I'm headed to MK, but it's rare. I think that if you want to do it, go for it!

The youngest in our family is 16 and we all wear t-shirts for certain things- Minnie and Mickey for chef mickey's, Star Wars for Star Wars weekends, etc!

Not mine, no. However, I will admit matching my kids outfits to the park sometimes. So, for example, my son might wear a Star Wars t-shirt to Hollywood Studios.

Now, I am just looking to put them in anything that they won't complain about.

I won't do EVERY day, but yes, I often will. For example, I've been on the lookout for Ariel shirts for me and DD when we go to MK this trip. We're both redheads and I think it'd be cute for when we meet her! :) Or when we eat with Mickey, I'll put the boys in their Mickey shirts.

Not a chance in the world. My DH would never, ever, never let me live it down.

I try to dress my DD and I in some sort of animal print or safari colors (beige/browns) for animal kingdom.

For MK DD and I will sometimes wear tie-dye Mickey head tanks.

If we find a Star Wars or little green alien guys shirt during or before our trip, DH will wear that to DHS.

I think it's cute and fun.

Not for the adults but like PP I may dress the kids based on the park...not everyday...my son wore his Mickey shirt to MK when three, he wore his wreck it ralph shirt to HS last year.

I am guilty of coordinating but we don't do character clothing.

I will coordinate the color of our clothing to go with the coloring of the parks or which areas we might visit that day. We don't all wear the same thing but the color schematic matches.

ie. Animal Kingdom...reds, yellow, oranges, browns and certain shades of green.

Hollywood studios...reds/blues/whites/black

I won't bore you with the rest, you probably get the idea.

I do this for a couple of reasons..

#1 It drives me nuts when I look at a picture and the clothing all clashes.
#2 I either scrapbook with paper or do digital books. I want it to look nice.

I do this regardless of whether we go to Disney or if we go to a museum, game, performance. It takes me no extra time to coordinate, pack in order, etc..

My boys pick out for the most part their own clothing, I just pull the outfits that work best for each park day.

Not usually. But I did buy matching Mickey shirts for me and the kids which we will wear to MK. And the kids have coordinating red/white Mickey/Minnie shirts that my mom sent them from Disneyland that they will wear to EPCOT. So since I was already half way there, I bought each of them Toy Story shirts to wear to HS (DD is a HUGE Buzz fan). And to round it out, DD has a Cinderella shirt she can wear to AK and DS has a Cars onesie from Disneyland he can wear to AK. Not exactly park specific for AK but still Disney. DD also has one or 2 more Mickey shirts so she can choose 1 for breakfast at Chef Mickey's. So I guess DS needs one more Mickey one as well.

I will admit to wearing safari type clothing to AK. I love that brown t-shirt with the Mickey silhouette in the lower corner....
I'll put DD in a Minnie shirt for MK or an Agent P shirt for DHS...but that's about as far as I go.
Years ago I did do matching Disney outfits - the hawaiian shirts for the men with matching sundress for DD and an A-line for me. Made for an awesome photo at Jiko....

Sort of.

I have an EPCOT Center shirt I like to wear to Epcot.

And I just got 2 new t-shirts that will be perfect for MK. One says "Official 1000th Happy Haunt" and the other has a gear design with the words "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow".

I also have a red shirt with semi-sparkly roses on it that I wore to EtwB. Belle loved it and asked if they were enchanted roses :goodvibes

Most of the time, though, my criteria for park clothing is what's comfortable and clean :thumbsup2

I wore a Guiness shirt last year at Epcot on St Patricks day. In Demember, I unintentionally wore a network related shirt from a company called Arista to Epcot. When I went to grab a beer in Tutto Gusto, the waiter asked about my shirt because apparantly in Italy an "arista" is some sort of pig roast. This led to a lengthly conversation about the country.

I think my wife may or may not put a shirt with an animal or zebra prints on our kids when they go to Animal Kingdom.

I'm considering wearing my "Griffindor" shirt when we got to WWoHP and a shirt with flowers/flora design on it for our AK/Epcot day but that's about it.
